Great home for group accommodations for family reunions, convention groups, travel groups, ski groups, large families, Young Living and doTerra groups, corporate housing, temporary relocation housing, traveling executives, displaced families, and people in-between homes. You'll love this private park-side location walking distance to restaurants, shops, and a city park with ball fields and pavilion. Enjoy world famous skiing at nearby Cottonwood Resorts (Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude). Convenient access to the freeway to downtown Salt Lake. Available year round.
In addition to this home, there is a 3 bedroom home next door that can also be rented together or separate. When renting both homes together, you can accommodate 20 people. Summary: The space in the home was perfect for us to meet up with our college kids. The home was clean and had what we needed. The door code was not easy to understand but they were quick to respond when we could not get in. The hot tub was nice and hot.

Summary: The house was a perfect meeting place for my adult children and myself to get together! It was spacious and comfortable for everyone to relax and had lots of sleeping options. Property management also were very helpful arranging for us to stay an additional day. Great place and I would definitely recommend.

Summary: We booked for an entire month and I was a little nervous about the length of commitment but that proved to be unnecessary. The house was perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of room for us and a rotating group of guests. The house is very clean and well stocked with linens, towels, appliances, utensils, etc. The location was honestly even better than I thought it would be. Midvale itself has plenty of restaurants and stores but if you want to go to SLC or Park City, they’re both easy drives to get to. We did all our skiing in Cottonwood Canyons and that’s another simple drive. Just an all-around great experience

Summary: Overall very nice, lots of beds and extra sleeping space. Curtains on bedroom windows would be nice. Instructions for staying were confusing because of the 4 different places to get instructions most had conflicting information about check out procedures and trash collection.
